Getting Started

After installing from the Marketplace, open any Google Doc, go to Extensions → Granted, and click ‘Open sidebar’. From there, explore the tabs: Library to save reusable content, Variables for smart placeholders, and PDF to package your final submission.

How does the Library work?

Select text in your document and click "Save to Library". Organize blocks in folders (Team, Budget, Methodology...). Insert any saved block into any document with one click.

What are Smart Variables?

Use {{placeholders}} like {{Project_Name}} or {{Budget}} in your text. Granted detects them automatically and lets you fill all instances at once.

How does the Tender Analyzer work?

Upload a tender PDF in the Finalize tab. AI reads the document and extracts deadlines, evaluation criteria, required documents, and suggested structure.

How do I create a submission PDF?

Go to the PDF tab, add your annexes (from your computer or Drive), select pages, and build. Your proposal + annexes merge into one PDF saved to your Drive.

Is my proposal private?

Your document content stays in Google's servers. AI features send only the text you select to our secure server for processing. We never store your content.

Is it free?

Granted is free with 50 AI credits per week. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited AI access, or use all non-AI features without any limit.

Can I collaborate with others?

Yes! You get all Google Docs collaboration features: real-time editing, comments, suggestion mode, and sharing. Each collaborator can use their own Granted sidebar.

What AI features are available?

Chat (ask questions about your document), synonyms, reformulations, tone adjustment, expand, condense, and full-document proofreading scan.
